Base Rate: Low Maintenance sites: $300 ~ $450/year
	These sites require little to medium maintenance throughout the year. Sites updated minimally lay in the lower $300 range while others updated more frequently lay in the higher range.
High Maintenance sites: $450+/year
	These sites typically have added features and are updated frequently.
Static sites: $200-500 (one-time fee)
	No maintenance needed. There will be an added cost for the hosting ($1/mo.) and the domain ($10/year) per year purchased.
These are only estimated ranges to give you an idea of my rates. When I get a feel for what type of website you’re looking for, I’ll give you a quote before the production of your site.

Production Fee Production Fee: $250
	Since most of my time goes into producing your website, I've added a one-time production fee at the start-up time of your site. Even with this recently added feature, my rates are still competitively (and most of the time significantly) lower than other web design companies. This fee excludes static sites.
